The Body Rebirth is a combination of 3 different 6-week programs that consist of 3 weekly workouts, each 20 mins long.
Inside, you'll have a chance to follow the program that suits your specific needs the best: Diastasis Recti, Postpartum for Everyone or Prolapse.
It's time to change this habit of thought where moms bounce back to their pre baby body. It doesn't happen that way! This is a new body but it can still look amazing and be strong. Let's embrace it!
Inside The Body Rebirth offer you will be able to:
Access different programs and choose the one that suits your needs the best (or do all!)
Learn to deal with an existing problem or prevent one from happening!
Explore a variety of exercises for different levels of experience.
Learn to listen to your body and do a movement that FEELS GOOD.
Become stronger and wiser as a result of these intentional exercises.
To fully participate, you will need: a mat, a chair, a pillow. If you have any yoga blocks or balls it can help you but definitely not a must.
I also advise you to video yourself so you can watch later and correct yourself (usually our posture is not what we think it is, especially when we are postpartum).
