Welcome! I'm a 33 years old wife and mom to two sweet girls. I have been a personal trainer for over a decade.

A few years ago some of my clients delivered their babies and a lot of them had issues such as Diastasis Recti Prolapse, SPD and similar. As a trainer, I wasn't educated enough on those issues so I sent them away to see physical therapists. This inspired me to take a closer look at these issues and learn how to heal or improve them.

I attended several courses and became PCES certified (pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist).

Ever since, I started helping the moms and this became my focus. Being a mother myself, I dodged a few bullets during my pregnancy and after my second baby, using all of the things I have learned. And I'm still learning every day!

I feel I am on a mission to help mothers out there, heal their core and help them become their best selves!

It's time to change this habit of thought where moms bounce back to their pre baby body. It doesn't happen that way! This is a new body but it can still look amazing and be strong. Let's embrace it!

To fully participate, you will need: a mat, a chair, a pillow. If you have any yoga blocks or balls it can help you but definitely not a must.


I also advise you to video yourself so you can watch later and correct yourself (usually our posture is not what we think it is, especially when we are postpartum).
